Any master plans, vector layout specifications, pricing parameters, or availability parameters you submit to our mapping database must be accurate and up-to-date.
All elements of the Services, including text, bento layouts, SVG illustrations, styling presets, code components, and the "BrickBytes" brand logo systems are the exclusive intellectual property of BrickNova Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, extract, reverse engineer, or redistribute our spatial visualization engines without explicit written license agreements.
Our interactive showcases and availability mockups are digital tools intended to assist sales velocity and buyer visualization. While we aim for live accuracy, we do not warrant that details are free from error. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from out-of-sync inventory labels or technical service interruptions.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
